The epic Spring Retreat @ lil acres! Sunday 19th October!

Here is the perfect opportunity for a whole day to immerse yourself in nature, to disconnect from busyness and social media and do things that we love; Yoga & Pilates, meditation, eating healthy organic food and we are going to have so much fun doing an African drumming session!

This day is all about you; taking some time to rebalance and having a reset to head back into daily with a sense of clarity and calm. Although it's only 50 minutes from the centre of Melbourne, it feels a world away from city and suburban life.

Start the day with a cleansing juice on arrival and some relaxation before an energising open air  movement session inspired by Yoga, tai chi and flow set amongst the beautiful bushland.
Indulge in morning tea, juices, organic teas and coffee then we are going to have an uplifting  African drumming session led by Simone from Drummergirl in our studio where you'll play the drums, groove and meditate to the beats.

Wander up to the deck where you'll be served an organic, fresh three course Vietnamese inspired lunch, most of which comes fomr the property while taking in incredible views of Mt Macedon.

After lunch, we'll finish the day with time in nature and some meditation. You’ll leave relaxed, nourished and your cup will be overflowing.

You'll take home a gift to keep your R&R going after you get home.  Tickets are absolutely limited, this is an intimate event for women only
